Websquash Refund Policy
We make our maximum efforts to keep our clients 100% satisfied. In any case if a client wish to get a refund, here are our refund policies. We have set a time limit for asking refund only due to one reason that once we start working on a clients website, it becomes extremely expensive for us to issue refund. For clients who wish to request a refund after making the payment, they should apply for a refund within 2 business days of making the payment here.
Websquash will not issue refunds requested after a period of 2 business days as the service ordered starts in that period and it becomes extremely expensive for us to issue a refund then.
All refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Company Management.
Websquash is entitled to the following money as processing fee.
For a refund of $50 or less - Processing fee of $4.5 would be
deducted
For a refund of $100 or less - Processing fee of $9 would be deducted.
For a refund of any amount in excess of $100 a processing fee of $15 and
10% on any amount in excess of US$100 would be deducted and the
rest would be paid to you.
